Primary Responsibilities
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry‑Level Civil Engineer to support site and infrastructure projects. This role is hands-on, client-facing at times, and works under the supervision of a Project Manager.
- Contribute to civil/site design for parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher‑education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for land development, roadways, culverts, and bridges
- Assist with design and analysis of water and wastewater systems (pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities)
- Prepare reports, calculations, technical documentation, and construction deliverables
- Coordinate utilities and support preparation of construction documents
- Manage assigned tasks to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals
- Work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision, applying sound judgment and technical skill
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) from an accredited four‑year college or university
- 0–2+ years of relevant engineering experience (entry level)
- Engineering‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem‑solving, written, and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete work on schedule and within budget
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
