What You’ll Do
Kick start your civil engineering career supporting mission-critical and data center infrastructure. As an Entry Level Civil Designer for our confidential client in Buford, GA, you will support site development and utility design projects and work closely with engineers and program leadership.
- Prepare site development construction drawings for mission-critical and data center projects
- Design water, sewer, storm drainage, and complex underground utility infrastructure systems
- Develop engineering design considerations and supporting calculations for site development projects
- Prepare reports, specifications, permit applications, and supporting documentation
- Model and design infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D (surface creation, utility layouts)
- Analyze site data, existing conditions, and entitlements to support client site selection
- Participate in client and multidisciplinary coordination meetings, providing technical input
- Review work prepared by other team members for quality and consistency
- Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals in a fast-paced project environment
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil 3D proficiency preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to organized, accurate work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
