What You’ll Do

This Entry-Level CAD Drafter / Junior Designer role gives you hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience and practical exposure to commercial design and workplace technology projects. You will work under mentorship from experienced designers on real commercial projects across New England.

• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD
• Support designers on workplace technology and commercial design projects
• Learn to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field teams
• Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing files
• Manage multiple project tasks while meeting quality and deadline expectations
• Gain exposure to AV systems, conference room solutions, and commercial space planning

Required Qualifications

• Early-career candidate with AutoCAD experience (school projects, internships, co-ops or professional)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, CAD, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Design, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Interest in commercial design, architecture, engineering, or workplace technology

• Internship, co-op, or project experience using AutoCAD
• Exposure to Revit, Bluebeam, or similar design software
• Coursework or experience with construction documents, engineering drawings, or building systems

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Actual pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
