What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is running an entry-level Business Foundations training program in University Place, WA. This is a structured, classroom-to-internship pathway that combines professional business skills with technical fundamentals to prepare you for an early-career role in IT and business operations.
- Participate in in-class training covering business communication, professional skills, and technical fundamentals.
- Complete hands-on coursework in application development, IT support, project management, and data analysis.
- Join an internship placement arranged by the program; receive on-the-job experience under mentor supervision.
- Build interview, networking, and resume skills with ongoing coaching and career placement support.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome motivated early-career candidates who are ready to learn and commit to a structured, Monday–Friday program.
- High school diploma or GED recipient (no bachelor's degree required).
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program.
- Strong motivation to learn both technical and professional skills.
- Comfortable answering brief screening questions during application.
Program Details
- Program length: Up to one year (classroom training followed by internship placement).

- Internship: placements are coordinated with industry partners and hiring organizations in the Seattle–Tacoma area to provide practical experience.
Compensation & Outcomes
- Educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week.
- Program outcomes (historical): a high share of graduates move into employment or postsecondary education soon after completion; employed graduates report average starting salaries in the mid-five-figure range.
