Program overview

This is an entry-level Business Foundations training pathway offered on behalf of a Confidential Client in the Accounting & Finance industry. The program is a paid, time-limited training and internship opportunity (one year or less) designed to prepare candidates without a bachelor’s degree for roles in business operations, financial operations, and project support. Internship placements may be arranged with major employers in the New York / New Jersey area. This posting represents a training program placement; employment outcomes depend on internship performance and employer hiring decisions.

Responsibilities during the program

  • Participate full-time in classroom instruction and team projects Monday–Friday
  • Complete hands-on exercises in business operations, financial workflows, and project tasks
  • Communicate professionally with peers, instructors, and internship supervisors
  • Use data and standard business processes to support small projects and reports
  • Attend mock interviews, networking events, and career-preparation sessions

Who should apply (qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED recipient
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (must provide documentation if selected)
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (attendance is required)
  • Highly motivated to learn technical and professional business skills
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to complete any additional screening questions required during application

Program type, duration & compensation

  • Employment type: Contract (training) / Full-time (training program and internship phase)
  • Program length: One year or less (classroom + internship phases)
  • Estimated annual starting compensation for employed graduates: $55,926 per year (estimated) — shown for transparency; actual placement compensation may vary by employer and role
  • Internship educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (as specified by the program)
    Note: The stipend applies during the internship portion of the program; it is not a guaranteed wage after placement. Final pay and employment terms are set by the hiring employer.
