What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Business Development Representative / Entry-Level Recruiter role focused on owning the recruiting lifecycle for technical and corporate professionals. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates and a recruiting partner to hiring managers.

  • Meet with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
  • Source qualified candidates using recruiting tools, outreach, and networking.
  • Screen candidates via phone/video interviews and reference checks to assess skills, goals, and fit.
  • Communicate opportunities, coach candidates on interviewing, and prepare them for onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of consultants and professionals aligned to industry-specific skill sets.
  • Perform relationship-building activities including post-start check-ins to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Track candidate pipelines and update systems to reflect activity and status.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay after paid training: $45,000 per year (initial).
  • Growth: base increases to $55,000 after one year of employment (per the client’s policy).
  • Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives; top performers may realize significantly higher total compensation.
  • Paid 13-week training period (hourly paid during training).
  • Quarterly bonuses, recognition trips, and a company-funded investment plan with dividends for eligible performers.
  • Benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k).
  • Paid time off: 20 days accrued per year (per client policy).
  • Additional perks: cell phone allowance after one year, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement program, monthly wellness calls.

Note: Individual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, geography, and other job-related factors.


Qualifications

  • Entry-level — ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Preferred: ~6 months sales or customer-service experience; recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, target-driven environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and take direction from hiring managers and mentors.

Workplace & Schedule

  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent.
  • Workplace: Fully onsite in Saint Bernard, OH (address per the hiring client).
  • Paid training is onsite; ongoing role responsibilities are office-based.
