This Entry Level Business Consultant (Golden, CO) supports owner‑operator truck drivers and small trucking businesses by delivering high-quality client service, explaining financial results in plain language, and helping clients set achievable profit goals. This is a contract role based in Golden, CO. Estimated pay (from source): $35,559 per year (estimated).
What you’ll do
- Provide exceptional client service via phone and email with a positive, professional demeanor
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and follow up to resolution
- Analyze and clearly communicate business performance and financial results to clients
- Initiate and support client goal-setting using profit plan preparation
- Translate technical/tax information into everyday language for clients and teammates
- Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and contribute to client growth
Who we’re looking for
- Progress toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Creative problem-solver with a willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience, tax knowledge, or transportation industry experience is a plus
