Role overview

This entry-level position is an excellent first step for candidates interested in event marketing, brand activations, and client-facing business development. You will join a busy event marketing team supporting campaign execution, in-person brand experiences, and customer engagement initiatives on behalf of our confidential client. Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Represent Confidential Client brands professionally at in-person events and community engagements
• Develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners
• Communicate campaign information and promotional messaging effectively to attendees and prospects
• Assist with customer acquisition and lead-generation activities
• Support event planning: coordination, setup, on-site execution, and teardown
• Monitor campaign performance and report updates to management
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign outcomes
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or events is a plus but not required

Compensation (estimated)

• Estimated base: $63,124 per year (source estimate). Exact pay and benefits will be confirmed by Confidential Client during the hiring process.
