Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Business Analyst based in Schiller Park, IL. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, validate solutions, and deliver data-driven insights. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Define and document business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.
- Support quality assurance and assist with testing activities.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements to support business processes and monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to improve system integrations.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows.
- Identify recurring technical or data issues and recommend improvements to product teams.
- Communicate insights, findings, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve system monitoring and customer value.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, perform analysis, and support testing.
- Experience analyzing data and producing business insights using data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Basic experience documenting processes and system behavior.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with common data-visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic reporting best practices.
- Hands-on experience with QA/test case support or system integration testing.
Compensation & Location
- Estimated salary: $76,665 per year (estimated).
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site in Schiller Park, IL (Confidential Client).
