What You’ll Do

We are seeking Entry-Level / Junior Business Analysts to support business analysis, documentation, and project coordination on IT projects. Typical responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to support project teams and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment
• Assist with testing, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare clear, concise documentation and status updates

Qualifications

Candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, SQL, JIRA, and Python
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and participating in testing activities

Location & Work Mode

This role is based in Pineridge, SC. Work mode may be Hybrid, Remote, or Onsite depending on project requirements and candidate location. Specific assignment location and schedule will be confirmed during the interview and onboarding process.

Compensation (Estimated)

• Estimated annual compensation: $43,285 per year (estimated). Exact pay will depend on experience, role, and assignment.
