What You'll Do
Confidential Client is seeking Entry-Level Business Analysts to join an IT team in Goodview, MN. You will support business operations and projects by gathering requirements, analyzing processes and data, and helping ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare business requirement documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with business teams and stakeholders to clarify project needs
- Analyze data to support business decisions and operational improvements
- Participate in requirement-gathering meetings and workshops
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates
- Support testing activities and help verify that business requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Any exposure to data analysis, SQL, or visualization tools (optional)
- Prior internship or project experience analyzing business requirements or processes (optional)

Compensation
