About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Building Technology Engineer (Associate Project Consultant) to join their Denver, CO office. This is a field-focused, hands-on entry role supporting building-envelope design, evaluation, investigations, and repair design under the supervision of licensed engineers. Ideal candidates are upcoming 2026–2027 graduates in architectural, civil, or structural engineering who enjoy problem solving and construction-related work.

What You’ll Do

• Assist licensed engineers with design, evaluation, investigation, and repair design for building envelopes and related systems.
• Conduct field investigations at job sites; climb ladders and scaffolds and work safely at heights.
• Perform site observations, document findings, and support preparation of technical reports.
• Support new design and retrofit projects focused on durability, energy performance, and water infiltration resistance.
• Use engineering judgment, drawings, and software tools to analyze problems and propose practical solutions.
• Travel by car to multiple job sites; coordinate with project teams and external clients.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; EIT preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in building construction, building enclosures, or applied building science.
• Willingness and ability to climb ladders and scaffolds and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to apply data, logic, and judgment.
• Team-player attitude, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, construction trades, rope-access, or mechanical repair is a plus.

• Compensation (good‑faith estimate, based on degree):
  • Bachelor’s Degree: $79,560 - $81,640 per year
  • Master’s Degree: $83,200 - $85,280 per year
• Total Compensation includes base salary, overtime/pay for extra hours, discretionary bonus, and other benefits.

• Position based in Denver, CO (Denver office).
• Regular travel to field sites across the region by car is required.
• Must be able to work outdoors and at heights; role involves physical site work.
