What You’ll Do

This entry-level Trading / Brokerage Operations role is part of the Operations team supporting global investment banking activities. You will work across multiple product areas (e.g., Wealth Management, Trade Processing, Trade Settlement, Asset / Loan Servicing, Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Derivatives) to help ensure accurate transaction processing, strong client service, and operational risk mitigation.

• Daily communication with clients about account activity and status
• Investigate and resolve client issues via coordination with trading desks, sales desks, and middle office groups
• Manage relationships with clients and internal business units to ensure clear expectations and timely resolution
• Respond to client queries related to positions, corporate action bookings, and reporting
• Escalate and collaborate with operational management, sales, and trading desks to reduce operational risk

Skills & Qualifications (Required)

• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, with intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
