Position summary
Confidential client is hiring an Entry Level Bilingual Recruiter based in Richland Hills, TX (on-site). This is a full-time, entry-level recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement positions. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Bilingual Recruiter you will:
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles.
- Screen candidates via phone and in-person interviews, check references, and coordinate skills/background checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics in applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
- Support client and internal reporting as needed.
- Participate in career fairs and community outreach; cold-call schools and organizations to build candidate pipelines.
- Use available resources for conflict resolution and candidate support.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Customer- or sales-focused experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Computer literate with daily ability to work in online systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training/hourly period equivalent to $40,000 (during initial training).
- Base salary after training: $50,000 per year.
- Performance-based annual bonus potential: up to $10,000.
- Automatic base increase to $55,000 after 1 year of tenure.

Individual compensation within the stated range will depend on qualifications, experience, job knowledge, and other lawful factors.
