What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children (typically ages 2–7) in a clinical or center-based therapy environment using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches.
- Implement individualized therapeutic activities that build social, communication, self-care, and safety skills through play, movement, singing, and reading.
- Collect data and track progress on therapeutic goals; report observations and progress to supervisors and families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy space.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members, families, and supervisors to support coordinated care.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Sociology, or related field preferred but not required.
- A genuine interest in working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs.
- Previous childcare, paraprofessional, or mental health experience is a plus but not required — comprehensive paid training is provided.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay range: $18.00 to $21.63 per hour (depending on experience and education).
- Part-time and full-time options available. Role is listed as part-time with flexible scheduling; no evenings or weekends required for most schedules.
- Typical schedules include:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 4-day work week option (34 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; days TBD)
- Paid training includes support for RBT certification.
