  • Implement positive behavior strategies and session plans developed with your supervising BCBA.
  • Use evidence-based practices to help children meet individualized learning and behavior goals.
  • Collect and document session data in electronic medical records (EMR) to track progress.
  • Collaborate closely with families, supervisors, and transdisciplinary team members (e.g., SLPs, OTs).
  • Follow crisis and de-escalation protocols and comply with mandated reporting requirements.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay: $20.87–$28.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
  • Paid, in-person training: comprehensive 2-week orientation with hands-on coaching.
  • Thoughtfully designed schedules: predictable pay with part-time options (5-, 3- or 2-day per week) and opportunities to pick up additional hours, including some Saturdays.

  • Cell phone stipend.
  • Referral bonus: $250–$500 for successful referrals.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Ongoing professional development through in-person and online training.
  • Clear career pathways — internal Clinical Ladder, BCBA advancement, and corporate support opportunities.
  • Supportive clinical supervision from lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and BCBAs.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degree accepted.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently between client sites (typically within a 30–40 minute radius).
  • Comfortable using EMR systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
