Entry Level Behavioral Specialist (Paid Training)
The Entry Level Behavioral Specialist at Confidential Client provides 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies and documenting progress. What You’ll Do
You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavior-analytic services in community and school settings to support children with neurodevelopmental differences.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral services using ABA principles
- Implement positive behavior support plans created with a BCBA
- Collect, enter, and maintain accurate session data in EMR systems
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary clinicians to support treatment goals
- Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation procedures, and mandatory reporting requirements

- Competitive pay: $20.87–$28.00 per hour (range based on experience and education)
- Fully paid, in-person 2-week orientation and hands-on training (paid)

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children; prior experience with autism is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degrees welcomed
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius
- Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office (tech-savvy)
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach to family-centered care
Logistics & Compliance
- Employment type: Part-time
- Onsite work at client locations (paid travel time included where applicable)
- Role requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review
