What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to deliver evidence-based, strength-focused ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This is an on-site role with a comprehensive paid training program.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
• Implement positive behavior supports and strategies developed with your supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based practices to create measurable and meaningful progress for families
• Collect and document session data in EMR to track treatment goals
• Collaborate closely with families, Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and BCBAs
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting

Compensation & What We Offer

• Pay Range: $21.18 to $28.42 per hour (based on experience and education) — paid training included
• Fully paid, in-person 2-week orientation with hands-on training
• Part-time schedules with flexible 5-, 3- or 2-day-per-week options

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degree also accepted
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius
• Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to a neurodiversity-affirming model of care

• Job Location: Laguna Beach, CA (on-site/client locations within local travel radius)
• This role requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle record review
