What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring part‑time Entry‑Level Behavior Technicians to deliver in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Cathedral City and the greater Coachella Valley. This is a hands‑on role working one‑to‑one with children and adolescents to teach communication, social, play, self‑help, and daily living skills.

  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in clients' homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, play, self‑help and daily living skills
  • Use positive, evidence‑based strategies to support behavior change
  • Collect session data and complete required clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members
  • Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Schedule & Service Area

This part‑time role serves families across Cathedral City and neighboring communities in the Coachella Valley.

  • Service area: Cathedral City, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Coachella, Thermal and surrounding communities
  • Minimum availability: 15 hours per week
  • Typical availability: Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings (between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM)
  • Typical session length: 2–5 hours
  • Comfortable travel within local service area required (willingness to travel up to ~25 miles from home)

Compensation

  • Rate: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
  • Paid mileage & drive time
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Paid sick time

Who We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with children a plus; no ABA experience required
  • Minimum 15 hours/week availability; afternoon/evening availability required
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and registration
  • Dependable, professional, and organized with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable learning behavior intervention and data collection techniques
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
