Entry-Level Behavior Technician – Play-Based Therapy
The Entry-Level Behavior Technician at Confidential Client delivers 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences using evidence-based, strength-based ABA therapy. What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians who will deliver play-based, evidence-informed ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will work closely with families and clinical supervisors to create meaningful progress in real-world settings.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Implement positive behavior supports and intervention plans designed by your supervising BCBA
- Use play-based and evidence-based practices to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect and document session data in EMR to measure progress and support treatment planning
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and transdisciplinary professionals to promote generalization across settings
- Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation procedures, and mandated reporting requirements

- $23.62 to $31.69 per hour (range based on experience and education)
- Part-time roles with flexible 5-, 3- or 2-day-per-week scheduling options

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degrees are accepted
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently between client sites (typically within a 30–40 minute radius)
- Comfortable using EMR systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to complete required background checks and motor vehicle record review after a conditional offer
