About the Opportunity

Confidential Client is hiring participants for an entry-level, hands-on Banking & Customer Experience training pathway designed to prepare candidates for careers in financial services and customer success. This is an intensive program (one year or less) combining classroom instruction, professional development, and a paid internship phase with partner financial organizations in the Salt Lake City area.

During the internship phase, participants receive an educational stipend of $525 per week. Program graduates commonly move into roles like financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, and sales operations & analytics.


What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Gain foundational banking and financial-services knowledge
  • Develop customer success skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Learn professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking techniques
  • Practice resume building and job search strategies with placement support
  • Participate in a structured internship with industry partners (Salt Lake City area) while earning an educational stipend
  • Attend classroom sessions and training Monday–Friday for the duration of the program

Who Should Apply

  • Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree (program eligibility requirement)
  • Eligible to work in the United States (work authorization required) — U.S. citizenship is not required
