Program Overview

Confidential Client operates an intensive, one-year (or shorter) training program that prepares early-career candidates for customer-facing roles in banking and customer success. The program combines classroom instruction, hands-on professional development, and an internship phase with placement support and mentorship. Participants receive an educational stipend during the internship portion.


What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Build product and service knowledge and a customer-first mindset
  • Learn foundational finance and banking operations relevant to customer experience roles
  • Develop professional communication, interviewing, and networking skills
  • Create and refine your resume and interview materials with career coaching
  • Complete a paid internship with employer-placement support and ongoing mentorship
  • Prepare for career paths such as financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, sales operations & analytics, and patient services

Who Should Apply

You should apply if you meet these eligibility requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED recipient
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
  • May be asked to answer screening questions during the application process

Compensation & Program Details

  • Estimated annual pay (program estimate): $36,182 per year — estimated
  • Internship educational stipend during internship phase: $525 per week
  • Employment type: Contract and/or Full-time (program and placement details provided during hiring)
  • Location: Lynn, MA (on-site attendance expected during program)
