What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s entry-level Customer Experience / Banking training pathway combines classroom instruction with hands-on internship experience to prepare you for a career in banking, customer success, and related sales-support roles. In this training opportunity you will:

• Participate in an intensive, up-to-one-year training program covering product & service knowledge, customer experience best practices, and foundational finance principles
• Complete instructor-led technical and professional workshops focused on banking fundamentals and customer support
• Practice interviewing, networking, resume building, and professional communication skills
• Take part in a paid internship placement with Confidential Client’s industry partners (leading financial institutions in the Greater Boston area)
• Receive coaching and mentorship throughout the program to support job placement and career growth

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates who succeed in this program typically demonstrate strong motivation to learn, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. To be eligible you must:

• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• Not have previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• Be highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
• Be prepared to answer additional screening questions during application
