Confidential Client is hiring candidates for an entry-level Banking & Customer Experience training pathway. This is an intensive training program (up to one year) that combines in-classroom instruction, hands-on internship placements with leading financial organizations in the Salt Lake City area, and personalized coaching to prepare participants for careers in banking, finance support, and customer success.

Who This Is For

This program is designed for motivated early-career candidates who want a fast track into banking and customer-facing roles:

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree

Participants will receive blended technical and professional training focused on banking and customer experience. Training topics and activities include:

• Customer service and client communication skills
• Basic banking and finance concepts
• Product and service knowledge for financial services
• Interviewing, resume-building, networking, and job search support
• Internship placement with partner financial institutions to apply skills on the job

• Estimated annual salary after placement: ~$52,115 (estimated; program outcomes vary).
• During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
