What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s Entry Level Banking Training pathway prepares participants for customer-facing and finance-related roles through classroom instruction and a professional internship placement.
- Learn product and service knowledge relevant to banking and customer experience roles
- Build a customer-centric mindset and professional communication skills
- Complete comprehensive finance training and hands-on exercises
- Practice interviewing, networking, and resume-building techniques
- Participate in an employer internship placement in the Greater Boston area
Program Details
- One-year (or shorter) intensive job training program with classroom instruction followed by an internship phase
- Monday–Friday schedule during program duration (full-time commitment required)
- Internship participants receive an educational stipend during the internship phase (stipend details provided during the interview process)
- Internship placements may be with leading financial institutions and corporate partners in the Greater Boston area
Who We’re Looking For
You should apply if you:
- Are a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Are eligible to work in the U.S.
- Are available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- Are motivated to develop technical and professional skills
- Do not possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Are ready to engage in classroom learning and a workplace internship
Compensation & Outcomes
- Estimated annual equivalent salary (for information only): $70,697 (source estimate)
- During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend (example: $525/week in past cohorts; actual stipend may vary)
- Program graduates commonly move into roles such as financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, sales operations/analytics, or patient services
- Program outcomes: a majority of graduates secure employment or continue education within months of program completion
