Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking motivated candidates for an Entry Level Banking Training Opportunity based in Arizona City, AZ. This is a contract training program that combines technical and professional instruction with internship placement support at leading financial institutions in the Phoenix area.

What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s training pathway focuses on Customer Experience and Banking fundamentals. As a participant you will:

• Receive classroom training in banking products, customer service, and finance fundamentals
• Build professional skills: communication, interviewing, networking, and resume development
• Complete an internship placement with a partner employer (examples include large national banks)
• Apply learning on the job during the internship phase while receiving an educational stipend
• Work Monday–Friday during program hours and follow program attendance and participation requirements

Who We’re Looking For

You should apply if you:

• Are a high school graduate or hold a GED
• Are eligible to work in the U.S.
• Are available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• Are highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills in banking and customer experience
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• Understand you may be asked to complete screening questions as part of the application process

Compensation & Logistics

• Employment type: CONTRACT
• Location: Arizona City, AZ (on-site/in-person program + internships in the Phoenix area)
• Estimated annual pay (program/internship equivalency): $56,145 per year — estimated (provided by the source).
• Educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (paid to trainees during internship phase).
