What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, paid training pathway designed to prepare you for customer-facing and banking roles. Working with our confidential client, you will:

  • Complete an intensive, classroom-based training program covering banking fundamentals, customer experience, and professional skills
  • Participate in hands-on project work and simulation exercises to build product and service knowledge
  • Receive coaching on interviewing, resume building, networking, and workplace communication
  • Be placed into an internship with leading financial services partners (during the internship phase you will receive a weekly educational stipend)
  • Gain exposure to roles such as customer success, sales support, and banking operations that lead into employment opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are motivated to start a career in financial services and customer experience:

  • High school graduate or GED recipient
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
  • Eager to learn technical and professional skills and participate in internships
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • May be asked screening questions as part of the application process
