Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join its auto finance customer services teams in Irving, TX. This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role offering full training, opportunities to cross-train, and a clear career path in auto finance.

What You’ll Do

• Two available roles — you may be considered for either:
  • Customer Accounts Representative
    • Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due
    • Help customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates
    • Assist customers with password resets or login issues
    • Escalate accounts that require heavier collections to specialist teams
  • Customer Care Representative
    • Handle inbound calls to support account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help
    • Resolve basic account issues and route complex cases to the appropriate team

Schedule & Overtime

• Customer Accounts Representative (example schedule variants)
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Two weekly late shifts: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (never on Fridays)
  • Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • One week per month schedule variation: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM + Saturday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Customer Care Representative
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Overtime
  • Up to ~3 hours of OT per week may be required
  • Two Saturdays per month may be required depending on role/shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry ability
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow a career in auto finance

Compensation & benefits

• Pay range: $18.50 – $23.50 per hour (hourly, contract-to-hire)
