Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician (Entry-Level Autism Specialist) you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to early learners in a center-based setting. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect client data, and collaborate with the clinical team and families to drive measurable progress for each child. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and interested in a career path toward BCBA certification.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a center-based environment
- Collect and enter progress data using Central Reach (iPad provided)
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
- Report client progress and assist in updating goals
- Support family training and caregiver coaching
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with clinicians (BCBAs, SLPs, OTs)
- Maintain client confidentiality consistent with HIPAA
- Communicate effectively with families and the clinical team
Experience & Certification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children (nanny, teacher, camp counselor, etc.); experience with developmental delays or special needs preferred
- RBT certification (or willingness to complete training within 90 days)
- BLS certification (or willingness to complete prior to hire)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass federal and state background checks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat, or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Compensation & Additional Info
- Pay range: $35,000—$40,000 USD (annual)
