What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Autism Specialists to deliver ABA therapy in community settings (homes, schools). As a third-party recruiter, Careertakes is presenting this opportunity on behalf of our client.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions
• Accurately collect, record, and report session data
• Communicate client progress and concerns to supervising BCBA
• Build positive relationships with clients and families; coach caregivers to generalize skills
• Travel locally to client homes, schools, and community settings (reliable transportation required)

Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT or working in ABA therapy preferred (entry-level candidates with strong related experience encouraged to apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and document data consistently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
• Professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to client safety and dignity

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (range provided by the client)
