What You’ll Do
This Entry Level Associate (Clinical Territory Associate - 24+ month developmental role) will partner with the field team to gain hands-on experience across technical, clinical, and sales activities that support robotic-assisted surgical programs.
- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development
- Support territory management and day-to-day clinical operations
- Guide technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons
- Track and report sales/procedure activity and outcomes
- Prepare and submit expense reports and other administrative documentation
- Work flexible hours when necessary, including nights and weekends; travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must live in (or be willing to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work occasional nights/weekends
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Professional integrity and strong follow-through on administrative tasks
Compensation & Benefits
- Market-competitive compensation package that may include base pay, commission/incentives, benefits, and equity
- On Target Earnings (Region 1): $126,000 (OTE)
- Estimated base pay shown on source posting: $70,916 per year (estimated)
- Exact package details and structure will be provided by our client during the interview/offer process
Location & Travel
- Primary location: South San Francisco, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Bay Area to perform this role
- Travel requirement: up to 25%; flexible hours including nights/weekends as needed
