Position Overview

Confidential Client offers an accelerated, career-focused training program (one year or less) that combines technical and professional classroom instruction with an internship placement in the Tampa Bay area. Participants complete instructor-led training, receive coaching and mentoring, and participate in an internship designed to launch an entry-level career in application development, banking support, or customer success.

You may be eligible if you:

• Are a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Are available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (attendance is required).
• Are highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree.
• Understand you may be asked additional screening questions during the application process.
