Program Overview
Confidential Client is recruiting for an entry-level Application Development opportunity in Grand Central, NY (10261). This is an intensive, short-term training-to-internship program that combines hands-on technical classes with professional development, mentorship, and placement support. Participants who complete the classroom phase may be placed into internships with leading employers in the New York / New Jersey area. During the internship phase, participants receive an educational stipend.
Who This Role Is For
This program is designed for motivated, early-career candidates who are ready to learn technical and workplace skills and who meet the eligibility requirements below.
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program and internship
- Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
- Able to participate in a structured training and internship program
- Willing to complete screening questions and assessments as part of the application process

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability for a full-time, weekday training program and internship
- Motivated to learn technical skills and workplace professionalism
- No bachelor’s degree required (this program is for non-degree participants)
Preferred (helpful but not required)
- Basic computer literacy (using Windows/macOS, web browsers, email)
- Interest in coding, software, or IT support
- Strong communication and teamwork orientation
- Willingness to complete program assessments and screenings
