Overview

Entry Level Application Development Opportunity — Del Valle, TX. This program is an intensive, short-term training-to-internship pathway run in partnership with our Confidential Client. The role combines classroom instruction in application development and related IT skills with a paid internship and job-placement support to help launch your technology career.

What You’ll Do

You will complete a blended curriculum of technical and professional training and participate in an internship placement with regional employers. Typical activities include:

• Participate in instructor-led classes covering Application Development, IT Support, Project Management, Business Operations, and Data Analysis
• Complete hands-on coding exercises, group projects and real-world labs
• Attend professional development sessions on resume building, interviewing and workplace communication
• Complete a supervised internship placement and apply classroom learning on the job
• Maintain attendance and meet program milestones to remain eligible for internship and stipend

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
• Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• May be asked to complete screening questions during application

Helpful (but not required) Skills

• Basic computer literacy and curiosity about software development
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on team projects
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Interest in pursuing entry-level roles in application development, IT support, or data analysis

Compensation & Program Details

• Estimated annual equivalent (for comparable roles): $47,067 per year — estimated
• Educational stipend during internship phase: $525 per week (program stipend)
• Employment types: Contract and/or Full-time placements may be available depending on internships and employer partners
• This opportunity is a training-to-internship program administered by our Confidential Client; final hiring decisions for placement roles are made by employer partners
