What You’ll Do

• Support AML / transaction monitoring activities, including alert review and disposition.
• Review and analyze data across multiple systems to identify potential compliance or fraud issues.
• Assist with financial crime and fraud investigations and compliance-related projects.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to complete project tasks and share findings.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, documentation, and case notes.
• Help identify process improvements and support team initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and data-review skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfort working onsite in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of FTE conversion).
• Employment type: Contract (full-time hours typical for this engagement).
• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (base compensation; final offer may vary with experience and qualifications).
• Work arrangement: Onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Benefits (subject to eligibility and client policies): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long- and short-term disability, paid time off/holidays, and commuter/parking support where applicable.
