Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level AML Analyst for an onsite, contract role in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to receive comprehensive training in AML processes, transaction monitoring, and Excel/data analysis while supporting AML, fraud, and controls activities.
What You’ll Do
- Receive structured training in Excel, data analysis and AML/transaction monitoring tools
- Review and analyze transaction and account data across multiple systems
- Support AML and transaction monitoring investigations and fraud reviews
- Assist with controls testing, data validation, reporting, and project deliverables
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across locations to maintain compliance and quality
- Identify issues, propose process improvements, and contribute ideas around AI-assisted workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- No prior AML experience required — training will be provided
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
