What You’ll Do

This confidential client is hiring an Entry Level AML Analyst to support transaction monitoring, investigations, and controls testing. This is an onsite, contract role in Orlando, FL (12 months, with possibility of extension or conversion). Training will be provided.

  • Receive hands-on training in AML/Transaction Monitoring, Excel and data analysis
  • Review and analyze transactional and account data across multiple systems
  • Support AML alerts and transaction monitoring workflows
  • Assist with fraud investigations, controls testing, and data validation
  • Prepare and maintain reports, status updates and project deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across locations
  • Identify issues, escalate appropriately and suggest process improvements (including AI-assisted enhancements)
  • Maintain documentation to ensure quality, compliance and audit readiness

Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new systems and following regulatory procedures

No prior AML experience is required — comprehensive training on transaction monitoring and AML processes will be provided.


Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Internship or coursework in finance, accounting, risk, or compliance
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools or basic SQL / data queries
  • Interest in fraud detection, financial crime prevention, or operational risk

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (hourly, contract) — may vary based on experience and qualifications
  • Typical benefits available through the client where eligible: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, paid holidays and paid time off, and assistance for commuting/parking (subject to eligibility and plan rules)

  • Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)
  • Employment type: Contract (with potential for conversion); may be full-time hours
  • Duration: Approximately 12 months, potential extension or conversion
