Confidential Client is seeking highly motivated entry-level Aerospace and Mechanical Engineers to join their technical team and contribute to the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced aircraft and spacecraft systems. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working alongside experienced engineers on multidisciplinary projects spanning avionics, propulsion, structures, controls, and flight software. Candidates will apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems, take ownership of projects, and help build next-generation aerospace platforms from concept to flight.

Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Aerospace / Mechanical Engineers to join a fast-moving aerospace team based in Bee Cave, TX. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on engineering experience across aircraft and spacecraft systems, rapid technical growth, and meaningful ownership early in their careers. Target start: Fall or Winter 2026.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will vary by team assignment and technical background, and may include:
- Support design, analysis, development, integration, manufacturing, and testing of advanced aircraft and spacecraft systems
- Perform engineering calculations, modeling, simulation, trade studies, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Contribute to mechanical systems, structures, propulsion, avionics, controls, flight software, information systems, test systems, or production
- Create and review engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, test plans, procedures, and technical reports
- Support hands-on assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and testing of hardware and systems
- Analyze test and operational data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering trade studies
- Identify opportunities to improve designs, processes, tools, automation, and manufacturing methods
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through to completion
- Learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and expand your engineering skills in a multidisciplinary environment
Required Qualifications
To be considered you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline (recent or near-complete)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Available to begin full-time employment in Fall or Winter 2026
- Strong competence in engineering fundamentals (mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, structures, controls, or related areas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort with first-principles thinking
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate across disciplines
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to producing high-quality technical work
- Willingness to learn new tools and disciplines quickly and to work in a hands-on startup environment
Preferred / Helpful Experience
Any of the following will strengthen your application:
- Internship, co-op, research, lab work, Formula SAE, Design/Build/Fly, rocketry, robotics, CubeSat, UAV, or other hands-on projects
- Experience designing, building, testing, programming, or troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software systems
- Familiarity with CAD and CAE tools, engineering analysis, simulation, data acquisition, and test equipment
- Experience or exposure to MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, CFD, FEA, or similar engineering platforms
- Background in propulsion, aerodynamics, thermal analysis, structures, controls, embedded systems, flight software, manufacturing, or test operations
- Demonstrated initiative through personal engineering projects, technical leadership, or entrepreneurial activities
