What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Admin / Field Operations Associate supporting our Confidential Client, you will manage onboarding and compliance tasks to ensure contractors are cleared and ready to start. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance teams
- Manage onboarding packets (authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and maintain the Candidate Tracker until clearance is complete
- Enter and track background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings for contractors
- Monitor contractor E-Verify and other compliance items (expired documents, follow-ups)
- Provide professional front-office support: phone, reception, and candidate-facing interactions
- Order and manage office supplies, mailing/shipments, filing, and office directory upkeep
- Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience
Qualifications
You don’t need years of experience to apply, but successful candidates typically have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Customer- or sales-focused experience (phone/reception experience helpful)
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Basic PC skills (data entry, MS Office or equivalent)
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20.19 per hour
- Performance-based annual bonus potential: $4,000
