What You’ll Do
This entry-level Administrative Assistant role supports a confidential client in the Admin industry. You'll provide day-to-day administrative and customer-service support to help teams run efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to department and team members
- Coordinate customer service orders and communicate updates to internal teams
- Perform data entry, document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and assist with meeting coordination and logistics
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office correspondence
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assigned administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external customers
- Track and follow up on customer requests and service-related activities
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems with attention to detail
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for reports, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support multiple teams simultaneously and escalate issues when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent — Required
- Recent graduate or ~1 year of professional experience preferred
- Prior administrative support or customer service experience is helpful
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
