What You’ll Do
- Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger entries for client funds
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams and management on accounting and reporting tasks
- Manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field — must have completed at least two accounting courses
- 0+ years of experience — entry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Location & Compensation
This position is based in Clifton Park, NY. Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available depending on role needs and team scheduling.
Salary: $63,000 per year (as posted)
