What You’ll Do
Join a growing, established organization as an Entry-level Accountant supporting accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting. This role is designed for recent graduates or those with internship experience who want hands-on accounting experience and a clear path for growth.
- Manage accounts payable processing and vendor payments
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Support month-end close tasks and account reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and periodic reporting
- Support budgeting and basic financial analysis
- Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accuracy and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Knowledge of financial statements, journal entries, and basic budgeting
- Preferred: internship or relevant accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good organizational and communication skills; willingness to learn and be cross-trained
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE)

- On-site, Monday–Friday schedule (typical hours 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM)
