What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to join a fund accounting / financial services team supporting investment funds and institutional clients. This role is an excellent fit for recent graduates and candidates with foundational accounting coursework.

  • Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger entries for client funds
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management on reconciliations and reporting
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fund accounting environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required — Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum: completion of at least 2 accounting courses
  • 0+ years of experience — entry-level and recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); strong Excel skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines

Compensation

  • Salary: $63,000 per year (as listed in the source posting)
