What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, on-site accounting role. You’ll support day-to-day accounting operations and learn core accounting functions while working with experienced accounting teams at a Confidential Client.

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for transaction tracking and reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Track depreciation and fixed-asset schedules
• Help with inventory control and reconciliation
• Use accounting software and embrace new technology tools as needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for new accounting graduates or early-career candidates who are ready to learn and grow.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (new grads welcome)
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Comfortable using Excel (formulas, basic functions, tables)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt to software tools, and take direction from senior accounting staff
