Overview

Confidential Client in the Nutrition & Food Manufacturing industry is hiring an entry-level Accountant based in Anaheim Hills, CA. This role supports the CFO/Controller and the accounting team with general ledger maintenance, month-end close, AP/AR, inventory, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting. Bilingual Mandarin is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Support month-end close and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with fixed asset tracking
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Prepare sales/use tax and property tax filings as needed
• Assist the CFO/Controller with cost schedules, account reconciliations, and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Coordinate internal audit tasks and work with external auditors
• Help improve accounting procedures and ERP/system workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (entry-level to early-career)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Practical experience with accounting software / ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working under pressure
• Bilingual Mandarin preferred but not required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in inventory accounting or manufacturing/food industry accounting
• Hands-on exposure to internal or external audits
• Familiarity with sales/use tax preparation
• CPA candidate or progress toward certification
