What You’ll Do

This entry-level Account Specialist will support established corporate accounts after completing a structured training program. You will work closely with internal teams, top-tier customers and vendor partners to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, inventory management and on-time transportation of construction products.

  • Manage assigned corporate customer accounts following training
  • Coordinate pricing and order details with customers and vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Track and expedite shipments; resolve transportation or delivery issues
  • Process orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Communicate clearly with internal operations, sales and logistics teams to meet customer expectations
  • Escalate and resolve high-priority issues quickly with a customer-first mindset

Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Entry-level to 1+ year experience in account management, inside sales, customer service, or related internships
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; internships or relevant coursework considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Basic inventory and logistics awareness

Location & Work Setup
