What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager for an on-site, full-time role supporting retail and customer-facing campaigns in Tampa, FL. - Build and maintain professional relationships with customers in retail and face-to-face environments
- Represent client products and services accurately, ethically, and professionally
- Execute sales and account management strategies as directed by management
- Manage assigned customer interactions to support acquisition and retention targets
- Track and report basic performance metrics and customer interactions
- Participate in structured training programs to develop product knowledge, sales technique, and communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational objectives and campaign goals
