About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager in Schaumburg, IL. This full-time, entry-level sales role provides hands-on training in account management, campaign coordination, recruiting, and team development — a clear path for high performers to advance into management. The position pays $50,000 - $60,000 per year and includes performance-based bonuses and health benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Support client accounts through outreach, relationship-building, and day-to-day campaign coordination
- Learn campaign planning and execution alongside experienced sales leaders
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts for new team members
- Track results and use metrics to improve client outcomes
- Attend daily leadership workshops and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment
- Collaborate across teams (HR, operations, sales) to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commute to the Schaumburg, IL office
- Leadership, coaching, or sports-team experience is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
