What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking motivated entry-level Account Managers to join their Schaumburg, IL office. This is a growth-oriented sales role within an energy brokerage environment where you will learn consultative selling, client management, and elements of campaign and team leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate agreements that deliver mutual value for clients and the business.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to design campaigns that drive engagement.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in training and rotational assignments across recruiting, HR, and campaign management as part of career development.
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to commute to the Schaumburg, IL office.
- Previous leadership, team captain, or coaching experience is a plus — candidates with sports backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated compensation: $93,186 per year (estimated). Actual pay will be based on experience and role level.
