What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join a fast-growing energy brokerage team. This role is an excellent fit for candidates who are competitive, coachable, and looking for rapid career growth through hands-on sales and leadership development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across business-class customers.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and customer agreements with an eye toward long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and run marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
- Support campaign management, recruiting, HR coordination, and team development initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an energetic team.
- Willing and able to commute to the Schaumburg, IL office as required.
- Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus — sports backgrounds are encouraged for their competitive drive and team mentality.
